Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Wine Station, located in Tsinandali, Kakheti, Georgia. These Terms and Conditions apply to accommodation, dining, winery tours, wine tastings, events, and other services provided by The Wine Station.

By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations and Payments

A reservation is confirmed only after written confirmation is issued by The Wine Station and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Payment conditions depend on the selected rate or package. All additional charges, including restaurant services, wine purchases, tours, and other activities, must be paid before departure.

Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

Unless different conditions are shown in your booking confirmation:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival may be cancelled without charge.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the first night or the full reservation amount.

  • Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

  • Early departures may still be charged for the full confirmed stay.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00.

Guests must present a valid passport or identification document upon arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve an additional fee.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests must respect the property, staff, other visitors, and the peaceful atmosphere of The Wine Station.

Disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, or illegal behaviour may result in removal from the property without a refund.

Only registered guests may stay overnight in guest rooms.

6. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or breakage caused by themselves, their visitors, children, or pets.

The Wine Station may charge the guest for the full cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement.

7. Smoking, Pets, and Children

Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms, restaurants, tasting rooms, and all other indoor areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor spaces.

Pets are allowed only with prior written approval and may be subject to additional conditions or cleaning fees.

Children are welcome but must remain under adult supervision, especially around vineyards, terraces, stairs, and winery equipment.

8. Winery Tours and Wine Tastings

Winery tours, tastings, and special experiences may require advance booking and are subject to availability.

Certain winery, cellar, vineyard, and production areas are restricted. Guests may enter these areas only when accompanied by an authorised guide.

Alcohol will only be served to guests who meet the legal drinking-age requirements. The Wine Station may refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

9. Restaurant and Dietary Requirements

Guests should inform the restaurant team about food allergies or dietary requirements before arrival.

Although reasonable care is taken, the kitchen handles different ingredients and cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contamination.

10. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Wine Station is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended items unless required by applicable law.

Guests should use available secure storage for money, documents, jewellery, and other valuables.

11. Outdoor Areas and Safety

The Wine Station is located in a natural vineyard environment. Outdoor surfaces may be uneven, wet, or slippery.

Guests must follow staff instructions, remain on designated paths, and take reasonable care when visiting vineyards and outdoor areas.

12. Events and Private Functions

Weddings, corporate events, celebrations, and group bookings may be subject to separate agreements, deposits, cancellation conditions, and property rules.

External decorations, suppliers, photography, entertainment, or equipment must receive prior approval from The Wine Station.

13. Photography

Personal photography is permitted as long as it does not disturb other guests or winery operations.

Professional photography, commercial filming, drone use, and organised photo sessions require prior written approval.

14. Force Majeure

The Wine Station is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public-health restrictions, utility failures, transport disruption, war, or government actions.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected through reservations, enquiries, payments, or service delivery will be used only for legitimate operational, communication, and legal purposes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Consumer bookings and contractual relationships may also be subject to Georgia’s Civil Code and Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights. (სსიპ ”საქართველოს საკანონმდებლო მაცნე”)
